FIRST CHOICE REALTY 500

Established in February of 2009, First Choice Realty 500 is not a “new” Real Estate Company. The roots of this Residential Real Estate Company go back to the late 1970’s in the Reno/Sparks area when KEYSTONE REALTY was founded by Jo Snyder, “Rocky” Eisan, and Chris Harris.

At the same time, REALTY 500 was founded by several prominent local real estate brokers. REALTY 500 flourished and soon enjoyed the membership of over 25 Real Estate Companies throughout the State of Nevada

Chris Harris acquired the REALTY 500 CORPORATION IN 2000 and used the Diamond Training Courses that came with that acquisition to train the agents at KEYSTONE REALTY.

KEYSTONE REALTY grew to become one of the top firms in the Reno/Sparks real estate market and was acquired by Coldwell Banker Village Realty in February of 2004. At the time of the sale Chris Harris was the sole owner and he semi-retired for the next 5 years.

Feeling the “itch” to renew the past luster of REALTY 500 and of KEYSTONE REALTY, Chris took the opportunity to combine the strong name of REALTY 500 and the proven business practices of KEYSTONE REALTY. The result is FIRST CHOICE REALTY 500 a known commodity in the Reno/Sparks Real Estate market.
